Achen-Gardner Construction, LLC is using Reline America's Ultraviolet Light Cured-In-Place Pipe (UV CIPP) rehabilitation technology to repair sanitary sewer lines in the City of Glendale. As part of our Sewer & Manhole Rehabilitation Project with the City of Glendale, we are using UV CIPP to reline approximately 8,000 LF of 8" to 14" sanitary sewer pipe.

Achen-Gardner Construction, LLC is the exclusive installer of Reline America Inc. 's  Blue-Tek™ UV CIPP liner system in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Blue-Tek™ liners are made of spiral-wound fiberglass and high-strength epoxy resins that are cured with ultraviolet light. They provide more strength and allow a 50-60% reduction in wall thickness when compared with polyester felt-type liners.
