Projects

The following projects are representative of the over 275 projects totaling more than $700 million that have been completed since our inception in 1989 and $600 million since 2000. This has included more than 40 qualification based selected projects (e.g. Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Build, and Job Order Contracting). As Arizona’s premier underground contractor, Achen-Gardner has completed more than 830,000 linear feet of wet utility installations and more than 200,000 linear feet of pipeline rehabilitation using CIPP technologies.
