| Cooper Road/Pecos Road Improvements Project Owner: City of Chandler This project consisted of roadway and utility improvements to Cooper Road (Consolidated Canal to Loop 202 San Tan Freeway) and Pecos Road (McQueen Road to Emmett Drive). The 2.75 miles of improvements included a new six lane section with median, curb and gutter, sidewalk, traffic signals, left turn/right turn bays, bus pullouts, streetlights, landscaping, 8,400 LF of reclaimed water, 7,200 LF of potable water, 2,600 LF SRP pipe and irrigation, utility relocation and SRP Consolidated Canal bridge widenings at two locations (Pecos Road and Cooper Road).
