Sky Kids Call For Volunteers

Sky_Kids_Promo_March_2018_ENGLISH.jpg

Achen-Gardner Construction is proud to be one of the Founding Sponsors of the Annual Sky Kids Fly Day for Special Kids to be held at the Goodyear Municipal Airport on April 7, 2018.

Sky Kids events give children with special needs an opportunity to fly in a general aviation aircraft with an expert pilot along with a parent or friend to experience the wonders and enjoyment of flight. It is also a fun day on the ground as well, with face painting, clowns, a BBQ lunch, aircraft displays, and much more.

Our 2017 events enabled more than 200 wonderful kids and their families to enjoy the experience of flying and we encourage each of you to consider participating this year. To date, the 11 Fly Day events have provided amazing experiences for more than 1,000 children and their families. By volunteering to help all or part of the day you will be rewarded by seeing very special kids and their families have a day they will never forget.

To register as a volunteer or for more information go to the Sky Kids website at: www.skykidsaz.org. Click on the Volunteer tab at the left and fill out the registration form. The form takes only a few minutes to submit. Thank you and we hope to see you on April 7!
