Sun City Festival Parcel 84 Concrete – CFD Infrastructure

This project will construct concrete improvements in support of the Pulte Homes Festival Foothills development. We are utilizing our transparent cost tracking methods to allow for ease of reimbursement for the developer through a City of Buckeye Community Facilities District (CFD). Scope includes:

• 4,900 LF of curb and gutter

• 5,400 LF of roll curb

• 500 SF of valley gutter

• 43,400 SF of sidewalk

• 3 catch basins

We are self-performing all of this work and coordinating with the developers’ on-site contractors to maintain their access during construction of these improvements.
