Sun City Festival Parcel 84 Concrete

This project is constructing concrete improvements in support of the Pulte Homes Festival Foothills development. We are utilizing our transparent cost-tracking methods to facilitate reimbursement to the developer through the City of Buckeye Community Facilities District (CFD). Scope includes:

• 4,900 LF of curb and gutter

• 5,400 LF of roll curb

• 500 SF of valley gutter

• 43,400 SF of sidewalk

• 3 catch basins

We are self-performing all of this work and coordinating with the developers’ on-site contractors to maintain their access during the construction of these improvements.
