UV CIPP Rehabilitation

Achen-Gardner Construction is an installer of Reline America's Alphaliner, an ultraviolet light (UV) cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner system. This product is unique because it is an ultraviolet-cured glass-reinforced pipe (UV GRP) liner that provides a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional pipeline repair methods. The results are simple: greater efficiency and productivity, minimal risk-management concerns, and less community disruption.

We have self-performed the installation of more than 400,000 LF of UV CIPP for many different agencies/clients (see projects below). Partnering with Reline America, we provide a high-quality and cost-competitive trenchless pipe rehabilitation solution for sewer lines and other non-potable, non-pressurized pipelines. We also self-perform UV CIPP point repairs and lateral seal installations.

Alphaliner liners are made of spiral-wound fiberglass and high-strength epoxy resins that are cured with ultraviolet light. They provide more strength and allow a 50-60% reduction in wall thickness when compared with felt (heat-cured) liners.
