The project will significantly enhance safety, mobility, and accessibility by widening Lindsay Road to four travel lanes from Ocotillo Road to Hunt Highway.

Improvements include new asphalt pavement, turn lanes, bike lanes, sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA-compliant upgrades, raised landscaped medians, street lighting, traffic signal upgrades and interconnects, storm drainage facilities, irrigation systems, block walls, and wet and dry utility enhancements. The project scope also includes utility and right-of-way coordination, geotechnical and environmental services, and stakeholder communication. We will work with private property owners, churches, schools, businesses, and emergency services to ensure that all stakeholders have access and stay informed.
