Discovery Oasis Mayo Boulevard Widening

This project includes the widening of Mayo Boulevard between 56th Street and 64th Street to improve roadway capacity and support the area’s growing infrastructure needs. Construction includes earthwork, major underground utilities, drainage improvements, electrical, landscaping, asphalt paving, and installation of concrete sidewalk.

This project will construct public infrastructure that will ultimately fall within the City of Phoenix's jurisdiction, requiring coordination, permitting, communication, and inspections with the City’s Planning and Development Department (PDD). Our team is working closely with PDD to accommodate all requirements.

Scope will include more than 5,000 LF of water lines (12” to 16”), 1,800 LF of storm drain (15” to 48”), 3,500 LF of sewer line (12” to 15”), 19 manholes, 46,200 SY of paving, 110,900 SF of sidewalk, 16,400 LF of curb and gutter, and new precast box culverts across Mayo Boulevard.
